In-person Event Logistics 

• Fees - Fees are based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Accommodations - Erik can arrange flights, hotel, food, transportation, etc. with the estimated costs due at the time of event booking. 
• Arrival - Minimum one day prior to the event.
• Departure - Minimum one day after the event.  
• Projector or AV System - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional LED projector. An additional fee is due at the time of booking.   
• Microphone - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional microphone(s) and/or sound system. An additional fee is due at the time of booking.  
• Lighting - Provided by Host and based on the size of the audience and specific venue, or Erik can provide professional lighting. An additional fee is due at the time of booking.   
• Sound checks, set-up, etc. - Discuss with Erik prior to event travel.
• Event recording - Host will coordinate recording and professional editing, with final approval by Erik.  
• Rights - Erik owns all spoken and written intellectual property rights and may give the Host limited-use permission upon written request.
• Accessibility - Public entry/exit, meeting spaces, restrooms, signage, etc., should always meet or exceed applicable ADA standards.
• Interpreters - If requested, Host will provide a qualified sign or language interpreter. 

Virtual Event Logistics 

• Fees - Amount is based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Software - Zoom is preferred and provided/managed by Erik.  
• Image - Erik will be live directly on screen on presentation slides, not hidden or off to the side. 
• Recording by Host - Host will record and edit a final version, with final approval by Erik at no additional fee.
• Recording by Erik - Erik will record and professionally edit for an additional fee.  
• Host Branding - Typically the opening and closing slides will include Host branding. Additional Host branding may be possible at no additional fee.
• Accessibility - All spaces should meet minimum ADA requirements and be suitable for all expected guests.
• Interpreters - If requested, Host will provide a qualified sign or language interpreter.
