In-person Event Logistics 

• Fees - Are based on services provided & length of engagement and distance from Evergreen, Colorado.
• Accommodations - Erik will arrange flights, hotel, food, transportation, etc., costs due at time of booking. 
• Arrival - Minimum one day before the event.
• Departure - Minimum day after the event.  
• Projector: Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional LED projector for an additional fee due at the time of booking.   
• Screen: Host will provide screen, suitable wall area, ot monitor screens.
• Microphone - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional microphone(s) and/or sound system, for an additional fee due at time of booking.  
• Lighting - Provided by Host and based on the size of the audience and specific venue, or Erik can provide professional lighting, for an additional fee due at time of booking.   
• Sound checks, set-up, etc. - Discuss with Erik before event travel.
• Event recording - Host will coordinate recording and professional editing, with final content approval by Erik.  
• Rights - Erik owns all spoken and written intellectual content and may give the Host limited-use permission upon written request.
• Accessibility - Public entry/exit, meeting spaces, restrooms, signage, etc., should always meet or exceed applicable ADA standards.
• Interpreters - If requested, Host will provide a qualified ALS Advocate or language interpreter(s). 

Virtual Event Logistics 

• Fee - The amount is based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Software - Zoom is preferred and can be provided/managed by Erik.  
• Presentation Image - Erik will be directly on screen on presentation slides, not hidden or in a box off to the side. 
• Recording - if by Host, final approval by Erik.
• Recording - if by Erik, professional editing included, for additional fee.  
• Host Branding - Typically, opening and closing slides will include Host branding. Additional Host branding may be possible at no additional fee.
• Accessibility - All spaces and presentations should meet minimum ADA requirements and be suitable for all expected guests. If requested, Host will provide a qualified sign or language interpreter. Close captioning can be provided at no additional cost.
