In-person Event 

• Fees - Based on services provided & length of engagement, and distance from Evergreen, Colorado.
• Accommodations - Erik will arrange flights, hotel, food, transportation, etc. 
• Arrival - Minimum one day before the event.
• Departure - At least one day after the event.  
• Projector - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional LED projector for an additional fee.
• Screen - Host will provide a screen, suitable wall area, or monitor screens.
• Microphone - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional microphone(s) and/or sound system, for an additional fee.
• Lighting - Provided by Host and based on the size of the audience and specific venue, or Erik can provide professional lighting for an additional fee.
• Set up, sound checks, etc. - Discuss with Erik before event travel.
• Event recording - Host will coordinate recording and professional editing, with final content approval by Erik.  
• Rights - Erik owns all spoken and written intellectual content and may give the Host limited-use permission upon written request.
• Accessibility - Public entry/exit, meeting spaces, restrooms, signage, etc., should always meet or exceed applicable ADA standards.
• Interpreters - If requested, Host will provide a qualified ASL and/or language interpreter(s). 

Virtual Event

• Fee - Based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Software - Zoom is preferred.
• Presentation Image - Erik will be directly on screen on presentation slides, not hidden or in a box off to the side. 
• Recording - if by Host, final approval by Erik.
• Recording - if by Erik, professional editing provided, for an additional fee.  
• Host Branding - Typically, opening and closing slides will include Host branding. Additional Host branding may be possible at no additional fee.
• Accessibility - All spaces and presentations should meet minimum ADA requirements and be suitable for all guests. If requested, Host will provide an ASL and/or language interpreter. Closed captioning can be provided at no additional cost.
