In-person Event Logistics 

• Fees - Fees are based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Accommodations - Erik will arrange flights, hotel, food, transportation, etc., with estimated costs due at time of booking. 
• Arrival - Minimum one day before the event.
• Departure - Minimum day after the event.  
• Projector - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional LED projector, with an additional fee due at time of booking.   
• Microphone - Provided by Host, or Erik can provide a professional microphone(s) and/or sound system, with an additional fee due at time of booking.  
• Lighting - Provided by Host and based on the size of the audience and specific venue, or Erik can provide professional lighting, with  an additional fee due at time of booking.   
• Sound checks, set-up, etc. - Discuss with Erik before event travel.
• Event recording - Host will coordinate recording and professional editing, with final content approval by Erik.  
• Rights - Erik owns all spoken and written intellectual content and may give the Host limited-use permission upon written request.
• Accessibility - Public entry/exit, meeting spaces, restrooms, signage, etc., should always meet or exceed applicable ADA standards.
• Interpreters - If requested, Host will provide a qualified sign or language interpreter. 

Virtual Event Logistics 

• Fee - The amount is based on services provided, length of engagement, and your budget.
• Software - Zoom is preferred and can be provided/managed by Erik.  
• Presentation Image - Erik will be directly on screen on presentation slides, not hidden or in a box off to the side. 
• Recording - if by Host, final approval by Erik.
• Recording - if by Erik, professional editing included, for additional fee.  
• Host Branding - Typically opening and closing slides will include Host branding. Additional Host branding may be possible at no additional fee.
• Accessibility - All spaces and presentations should meet minimum ADA requirements and be suitable for all expected guests. If requested, Host will provide a qualified sign or language interpreter. Close captioning can be provided at no additional cost.

5% of every fee will be donated to Habitat For Humanity International, or the 501(c)(3) organization(s) you choose to support.

Growing up in a military family and moving every year helped instill in me the positive value of recognizing, accepting, and promoting everyone, with understanding, inclusion, tolerance, and compassion, and not judging, discriminating, or favoring anyone because of race, color, sex, age, family, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, job, ability, or any other reason...Whew!

If your event is not Inspired, educated, and improved ask for a refund (except expenses already paid, such as travel, etc.) and tell us how we can improve.
